After successful order placement a confirmation email will be sent. If not received check your spam folder. After your order has been shipped a shipping confirmation email will be sent, typically within 3 business days. Custom orders may take longer to make and ship.
Our teams will take care of canceling your order and then issue a full refund.
In the event that you are out of time and your package has already been shipped, we cannot do anything until you receive your order, after which we can proceed with a refund if necessary and this, after return of the item to our warehouses.
When you place an order comprising different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers will intervene. In addition, and to avoid high delivery costs due to much delivery weight, the different items of the same order are sent separately.

When you place an order on Qeazzy, it is processed by our fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days. Then your item will be shipped within 5 business days.

Shipping takes an average of 5-10 days. In very exceptional cases (postal strike, end-of-year celebrations, etc.) it may take a little longer. Whatever happens if your package does not reach its destination after 60 days, we will resend it to you or we will give you a full refund. Rest assured, this only happens in 0.01% of cases.
